WALNUT CRUSTED SALMON FILLETS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2-3 cloves chopped garlic (can substitute 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
  • 1/3 seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon skin side down on a 9×13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare mixture. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dill, and salt.
  3. Pour melted butter into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Spread mayo over each fillet.
  5. Spoon mixture over salmon fillets and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake approximately 13-15 minutes.
