INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2-3 cloves chopped garlic (can substitute 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1/3 seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon skin side down on a 9×13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare mixture. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dill, and salt.
- Pour melted butter into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread mayo over each fillet.
- Spoon mixture over salmon fillets and spread it out evenly.
- Bake approximately 13-15 minutes.
