AIR FRYER PORK CHOPS
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1 ½ – 2 inches thick
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Rinse pork chops with cool water and then blot them dry with a paper towel.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Rub olive oil on the chops and then rub both sides of the chops in the seasoning mix.
- Cook pork chops in air fryer on 400°F for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature of 140°F. Flip pork chops over after the first 6 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
