CROCKPOT CRANBERRY PORK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast or pork Boston butt; trimmed of fat
- 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce (14 oz.)
- 1 package onion soup mix (1 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place your pork in the crockpot.
- Add can of whole cranberry sauce and onion soup mix.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once done, shred the meat inside the crockpot and let it sit in the juices for a few minutes to absorb more flavor.
- Serve and enjoy!
