CROCKPOT CRANBERRY PORK RECIPE

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 6-8 hours

Servings: 4-6


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast or pork Boston butt; trimmed of fat 
  • 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce (14 oz.)
  • 1 package onion soup mix (1 oz.)
pork shoulder, cranberry sauce, onion soup mix packet, and crockpot

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your pork in the crockpot.
  2. Add can of whole cranberry sauce and onion soup mix.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 
  4. Once done, shred the meat inside the crockpot and let it sit in the juices for a few minutes to absorb more flavor.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
