HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN THIGHS

INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 pounds of chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- ½ cup regular or low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 3 teaspoons parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- In a shallow dish combine the flour, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture.
- Transfer coated chicken to a 9×13 baking dish in one single layer.
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and parsley.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs and make sure they are all coated evenly. Flip them over to coat both sides.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165˚F).
- Remove from oven and serve.
