PEANUT BUTTER OAT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine rolled oats, flaxseed, peanut butter, coconut flakes, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. 
  2. Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  3. Put bowl in refridgerator for about 10 minutes.  
  4. Use a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll it into a ball.  Repeat until you have used all of the mixture. 
  5. Store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
